Please submit items for the agenda to the WVOTA secretary 1 week prior to the scheduled meeting. All meeting dates can be found in the calendar section. Email [email protected] to have an item added to the agenda. Meeting dates and times will be emailed to all members and can be found on the calendar of the home page.
